Each time I called I got recorded message saying they were unable to take the call. Left voicemail, no call back.
Emailed support no response. They suck.

Beware, Scammers pretending to be the owners of a home for sale are throughout the site. They tell you the home mortgage is assumable with their "help" and all you need to do is pay the payments in areers.
Of course its all a lie intending to rob you. Be careful

The following email that I sent 1/17/2023 to FSBO will tell the story of my experience with this company!!! I paid over $500 to list my RV and heres how it played out.
Good afternoon.
I am requesting that my 2022 Winnebago Hike H170S be removed from your data base, your auction site, your website, etc., ASAP.
I no longer give you permission to work on my behalf to sell my RV.
The customer service has been substandard since I listed with your company and paid my fee in October of 2022. I have called numerous times to ask for updates, and have always been given excuses about the sales reps internet being down, the sales rep being sick, and the representative not having access to my information. Each time, I was promised a return call to update me, and I have NOT ONCE received a call back or status update, as promised. Each time I have called, I have spoken to Staci.
Its questionable if she even truly works for the company from my vantage point. I suspect this is not a reputable company.
I am providing my attorney with a copy of this request.
I ask that you reply to this email with evidence that you have closed my account TODAY!
AND I NEVER RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE!

Guaranteed they had a buyer for our RV and would get a refund of our $750 plus the $499 paid for the original advertising. Didnt receive a buyer or refund.

This Company should not be in business
Posted trailer Ad on Craigslist in Canada in Feb 2020. Received call from Fsbo immediately after posting.
They said they had two buyers interested in exact model of my trailer. I signed up and paid fee (stupid move on my part). Long story short, they strung me along, said they had a bid which I accepted. They said they had to wait for verification of the bidders funds.
I was in contact with them for a few weeks waiting for this verification to happen. It never came. They did not return many of my calls or e-mails. When I did talk to them, they assured me this was not a scam (because I asked) but still nothing ever came of this mysterious bidder.
In the end, I contacted my credit card company and they were able to refund me for the fees I paid. I will never fall for this again.

Not a SINGLE inquiry from use of this website. I had more luck getting inquiries from Facebook and Craigslist than this site. Absolute joke...don't use it.

After getting my check they NEVER answered my calls Told me it was sold but they needed more moneyTotal scam I dont even know if there is a auction Called all three numbers a bunch of times Went to voice mail No calls back

I have to type in my address to find my post. Seriously I am 63 and this should be simple! Pretty stupid way to have a web site.
I thought the internet was supposed to give information. Guess the old days of a add in the paper is better.

Excellent service for merely $500 and I saved $25,000 in real estate commission. I thought I’d give them a try and sold my cottage, 180 km away from me.
Their site is amazing. I love FSBO.
It wasn’t nearly as difficult as I thought and I loved telling people about my cottage to potential buyers. Go for it.

They don't work for you.
They were very attentive until I signed a contract giving them exclusive right for a period of time and connected me with a local real estate agent. Then, they had no interest in me.
I guess they figure that some houses will sell with no work involved and if they get enough people to bite, they will have a business. I did not feel any concern for my need and there was very little done to sell the house. No communication unless I begged for it. I was at there mercy and could not do anything myself.
The house did not sell even as good as the market is and there was no help when the contract was up unless I initiated it.
This was a total loss of valuable time. I would never use them again no recommend them.

If you want to sell your house for sale by owner but list it on the MLS, find a flat fee agent in your area on your own, since the only thing this service will do is pass your info to one. It might cost more, but in my case it cost much less.
I paid $499 for something that would have cost me $99. And I still had to pay the agency extra to get more that 6 pictures on the MLS. Also, the only interest I had from their website essentially exposed me to fraud.
And since they have no tools to filter or a mailbox you can use to respond to these inquiries, you expose your own information when you do respond (since you have to use your own email address). I have sent multiple emails regarding these issues and have received no response.

Complete Waste of Time & Money
I paid to have my house listed with fsbo.com and it was a horrible decision.
It was nothing but real estate agents calling me to list my property with them.
Are you ok with an endless stream of real estate agents calling you when you are at work, driving, having dinner, etc. That is exactly what will happen if you list your property on this site.
In the 1 year I had my listing I had less than 3 actual inquiries about my property and they were all low ball offers from investors claiming to pay cash.
I did find an agent who put my listing on the MLS for a fee and that generated some traffic to my open houses. I suggest doing that instead.

Deceptive company - Don't buy the deluxe package!!
Very deceptive company when you get into their MLS deluxe package. They claim unlimited photos, but when you purchase the MLS you are limited to six.
Called them to ask about this and they were real quick with the answer (because they have numerous complaints about this!) Very rude, condescending women handled the call. Try and find another company, this one stinks.

My 0 fee to list with 2% if an agent shows the house became 2% no matter what. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

I was contacted by this company and automatically red flags with up....Why would I pay some one to do what I can myself...If I wanted to list it with an agent I would have done so...I refuse to pay anyone 500 dollars plus to be handed over to a agent I didn't want in the first place...Thank you for the review you submitted. Never heard of 'em and you didn't provide any background information about them whatsoever so I can't form a rational opinion. Sounds like an unnecessary 3rd party involvement ; what did they do besides find a local realtor that you couldn't have done yourself ?
