I was impressed by the level of support throughout the entire process.
Not only did I save thousands in commission fees, but I also had complete control over how my home was presented and shown.
Unlike many traditional realtors who dont even bother to open the door for showings or take the time to understand your property, I was able to highlight the unique features of my home and ensure it was always clean and ready for potential buyers.

The following email that I sent 1/17/2023 to FSBO will tell the story of my experience with this company!!! I paid over $500 to list my RV and heres how it played out.
Good afternoon.
I am requesting that my 2022 Winnebago Hike H170S be removed from your data base, your auction site, your website, etc., ASAP.
I no longer give you permission to work on my behalf to sell my RV.
The customer service has been substandard since I listed with your company and paid my fee in October of 2022. I have called numerous times to ask for updates, and have always been given excuses about the sales reps internet being down, the sales rep being sick, and the representative not having access to my information. Each time, I was promised a return call to update me, and I have NOT ONCE received a call back or status update, as promised. Each time I have called, I have spoken to Staci.
Its questionable if she even truly works for the company from my vantage point. I suspect this is not a reputable company.
I am providing my attorney with a copy of this request.
I ask that you reply to this email with evidence that you have closed my account TODAY!
AND I NEVER RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE!

Guaranteed they had a buyer for our RV and would get a refund of our $750 plus the $499 paid for the original advertising. Didnt receive a buyer or refund.

This Company should not be in business
- Posted a trailer ad on Craigslist Canada in Feb 2020.
- Fsbo claimed buyers and a bid; I paid a fee.
- Funds verification never happened; calls ignored.
Posted trailer Ad on Craigslist in Canada in Feb 2020. Received call from Fsbo immediately after posting.
They said they had two buyers interested in exact model of my trailer. I signed up and paid fee (stupid move on my part). Long story short, they strung me along, said they had a bid which I accepted. They said they had to wait for verification of the bidders funds.
I was in contact with them for a few weeks waiting for this verification to happen. It never came. They did not return many of my calls or e-mails. When I did talk to them, they assured me this was not a scam (because I asked) but still nothing ever came of this mysterious bidder.
In the end, I contacted my credit card company and they were able to refund me for the fees I paid. I will never fall for this again.

Not a SINGLE inquiry from use of this website. I had more luck getting inquiries from Facebook and Craigslist than this site. Absolute joke...don't use it.

It wasn’t nearly as difficult as I thought and I loved telling people about my cottage to potential buyers. Go for it.

They don't work for you.
They were very attentive until I signed a contract giving them exclusive right for a period of time and connected me with a local real estate agent. Then, they had no interest in me.
I guess they figure that some houses will sell with no work involved and if they get enough people to bite, they will have a business. I did not feel any concern for my need and there was very little done to sell the house. No communication unless I begged for it. I was at there mercy and could not do anything myself.
The house did not sell even as good as the market is and there was no help when the contract was up unless I initiated it.
This was a total loss of valuable time. I would never use them again no recommend them.

I was contacted by this company and automatically red flags with up....Why would I pay some one to do what I can myself...If I wanted to list it with an agent I would have done so...I refuse to pay anyone 500 dollars plus to be handed over to a agent I didn't want in the first place...Thank you for the review you submitted. Never heard of 'em and you didn't provide any background information about them whatsoever so I can't form a rational opinion. Sounds like an unnecessary 3rd party involvement ; what did they do besides find a local realtor that you couldn't have done yourself ?
